Since joining BPI, Mark has developed an in-depth understanding of the federal benefits system, including retirement eligibility, retirement options, pension estimates, Thrift Saving Plan (TSP), Social Security Benefits, Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), CSRS/FERS Annuity calculations, CSRS/FERS Survivor Benefits, sick leave calculations, military buy backs, CSRS Voluntary Contributions and deposits and re-deposits.
