Michael Momeno is a financial planner and the Benefits Education Coordinator with Money Concepts Capital Corp. and with Benefit Planning Inc’s Midwest division, based in St. Louis, MO.  Since 2016, he has been with BPI. Since joining BPI, he has committed himself to educating federal employees in a simple, everyday language and style.  Michael has an easy nature that makes the people he works with comfortable and a knack for making the complex easy to understand.

 

HISTORY

Michael entered his financial services career with American Express Financial Advisors in 1999 in St. Louis County.  It was there he developed his skills as a financial planner.  In 2000, he enjoyed early career success, achieving honors and awards associated with his status as a top 100 new advisor in the country.  Michael moved into a regional leadership role with American Express Financial Advisors in early 2001 where he recruited, trained and mentored new advisors to the firm, while still working with existing clients and growing his practice.  He was in this role for 3 years before returning to focus on his personal financial planning practice full time in 2003.  In 2014 he joined Money Concepts and shortly thereafter, the team at BPI.

Michael looks at each client’s unique situation and goals when helping them determine the most appropriate course of action. He places an emphasis on helping federal workers understand their benefits so they can take successful actions at various phases of their career.  For those that are close to retirement he shows federal workers how to take their retirement benefits to retirement and successfully integrate those benefits with other household financial matters and circumstances.  He places high importance on managing efficiencies with one’s financial picture.
